How do I calculate how much tile I need to order?
We recommend measuring your total square footage and adding a 10-15% buffer for cuts, waste, and future repairs. For herringbone or diagonal patterns, a 20% buffer is suggested.
Do you offer samples before I commit to a full order?
Yes, we highly recommend ordering swatches. Since natural stone and glass can vary in color under different lighting, samples help ensure the product meets your expectations.
What happens if my tiles arrive broken?
Tile is fragile, and while we pack securely, breakage can occur. Please inspect your delivery immediately and report any damage with photos within 48 hours so we can send replacements.
Can I return unused boxes of tile?
We accept returns on unopened, full boxes within 30 days of delivery. Please note that a restocking fee may apply and the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
How long will it take for my order to ship?
In-stock items typically process within 2-3 business days. Freight shipping for large orders usually takes 5-7 business days depending on your location within the continental US.
Are your tiles suitable for wet areas like showers or pools?
Most of our glass and porcelain mosaics are water-resistant and suitable for showers. However, certain natural stones may require sealing. Please check the 'Specifications' tab on each product page for usage ratings.
