Contact our customer support team within 30 days of delivery to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and provide your order details.
Package Your Items
Carefully pack the unused tiles or mosaics in their original packaging, ensuring they are securely cushioned to prevent breakage during transit.
Ship the Return
Affix the return label and ship the package back to our warehouse; please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs and a 20% restocking fee.
Receive Your Refund
Once our quality control team inspects and approves the returned materials, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
